Meet Dary Dari & Julio!

All the way from Puerto Rico to fall in love with each other in Massachusetts to relocate to Florida to ride together. Our featured rider this week goes to Dary Dari and Julio!

We like to find genuine, sincere and fun people to feature as a rider of Florida Ski Riders. We found these two out on the water and see them almost every time we are out there!  They are always so friendly and always love to ride anywhere, if you see them out there be sure to say hello and tell them you saw them right here on Florida Ski Riders!

The life out on the water, being able to share that experience with someone is one of life’s beautiful moments that we get to remember forever. That’s what it’s all about here at Florida Ski Riders.

Now, without any more delay, we would like to introduce…

DARY DARI & JULIO!!!

Hi. My Name Is Julio.

See me riding a 2021 Seadoo RXP-X 300

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Wisconsin when I was a teenager. I landed and found a home in Massachusetts and stayed there for about 20 long years where it all started, I met my better half Dariana!

I bought my first ski and from there the passion of riding just got bigger and bigger. In 2018 my wife and I made the decision of moving to the sun shine state of FLORIDA! It was the best thing we ever did! We now are able to enjoy our skis and the beautiful waters all the time and has allowed us to meet new people & make new friends and create life long memories.

I’ve been riding PWC’s for about 8 years all in total. What got me started was renting a jetski on a cruise vacation!  Fell in love at first ride! Since then, I’ve owned 4 skis. My first was an ’02 Seadoo RXDI, then was the 2014 Seadoo spark. After that I upgraded to the 2012 Seadoo RXP-X 260 and now im riding my 2021 Seadoo RXP-X 300 as I have a need for speed!!!

I try to ride as many hours as I can. We love to go on group rides or just a solo ride with my lovely wife Dary Dari.  She truly is my soulmate and she is the one the got us started in the Jetski world!

DO YOU EVEN JETSKI BRO?   •   RIDE 365  •   #SKIRIDERNATION

Q & A Session With Julio

FLSR: You say you like speed… Have you modified your skis in any way?

Julio:  On my previous Jetskis I built the engines for more power and better performance. On my current Seadoo, I’ve added the Riva Scom an a full Riva exhaust system.  I also had to get some much needed necessities for Florida Jetski life, added a Super Rack System (like the ones we have on our Super Rack Featured Product from Shorlock) that allows me to carry extra fuel if needed or my grill, cooler or even camping gear to go island hopping.

Q: What’s your favorite personal place to ride?

Julio: My favorite place to ride at is Sebastian Inlet AKA MONSTER HOLE! You get the best of both worlds: you can ride the river for a nice cruise or go out the inlet and catch some of them monster waves and beautiful blue waters.

FLSR: What’s your top 3 most memorable riding areas?

Julio: I love riding Monster Hole to catch some waves, the keys to go island hopping and their beautiful water and finally Crab Island for the Sand Bar.

FLSR: Have you named your skis?

Julio: I’ve named my jetski “The Tonka” because of the color and because as a kid Tonka Trucks were my favorite, so as an adult my Seadoo RXP-X 300 is my big boy toy.

FLSR: What’s one place you have on your bucket list to ride?

Julio: One of the many place’s to ride in my bucket list would be the GRAND CANYON!  Anyone want to go on a road trip?

FLSR: If you could ride with one movie star or celebrity who would it be and why?

Julio: If I could ride with a celebrity it would have to be Dj Khaled (and another 1) because he also enjoys the sport. #SEADOO LIFE!!!

FLSR: Finally, a long day on the water calls for some grub. What’s your favorite riding snacks?

Julio: My favorite riding snacks are any fresh fruits, cheese and crackers and sandwiches. Drinks like fresh water are mandatory. Stay hydrated in the Florida sun! We also love to take our grill and cooler for a full day worth of fun.
